Who are we?

We are a group of students from Princeton High School .  Last year we started a community service group through the school to collect, refurbish and distribute used sports equipment to those in need.  We would like to collect equipment again this year at the lower schools so that we can accomplish our goal.

What is it?

We are collecting ANY used sports equipment that the kids and their families no longer use or need.  Bring it with you to soccer on Saturday mornings.

Where?

Greenway Meadows (across from Johnson Park Elementary School ) from 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM on November 1^st, 8^th and 15^th.  If you cannot bring your used equipment, but would still like to donate, you can bring the equipment to the Princeton Recreation Department near the Princeton Township Police Department during their hours of operation.

What will we do with the equipment? 

We will take the equipment and refurbish it so that it can be used again by another, less fortunate child.  The equipment will be primarily distributed in the greater Princeton Area (i.e. Princeton, Trenton , etc.).

Why Donate? 

This will benefit the community by giving underprivileged children the opportunity to play sports.  Sports build character and teamwork, making up a crucial part of kids’ lives.  By helping kids to realize their athletic dreams, this will make a difference.
